Children must come clean and neatly dressed to the School. On Fridays Children must wear sports uniform.
Children must be in School in time.
Fee card must be produced at the time of remitting the monthly fees. A fine of Rs. 10/- per month will be collected for each month of delay.
Any note to parents must be signed without fail. Progress cards given for signature by parents must be returned in good condition within two days.
Children are not permitted to come to school wearing valuable ornaments. The school takes no responsibility for any loss of such valuables.
Note books sent home through children should be sent back to school in good condition.
School takes no responsibility to look after children after 3.30 p.m. Parents should take away their children before 3.30 p.m.
If leave is required the leave record at the back of this book, should be duly filled in. If any pupil is absent for 5 consecutive days without prior leave intimation the name will be struck off from the rolls.
Children studying in Std. V should produce their Birth Certificate an community certificate before the end of September.
The School functions from 8.50 a.m. Children will not be allowed inside after 8.50 a.m.
